Allow us to make the "Compact rifle" in factories.

I mean it doesn't need much explaining. The compact rifle or better known as a Draco would make sense to have. IRL its a most preferred weapon for members of a gang and even organized crime groups. it's already in the factory menu we just can't craft it. Obviously it doesn't have to be a completely overpowered weapon but it just makes more RP sense to be in possession of a Draco rather than a Carbine Rifle/Ak. Should be basically like an SMG with slightly more power as it takes Ak MK 1 parts to make and I think craft time should be in between an smg and assault rifles, so 5 hours to make it.
