Atomic Co.

The History of Atomic Co.

Proud owners of Atomic Autos, Route 68 Modshop, and East Highway Aquatics, Atomic Co. was brought to life back in February, 2020 when Steven Levi and Milo Frost started pooling some funds and assets together. One day, Milo approached Nick Kassian on one of his routine visits to DOC, letting him in on their progress and gauging his interest in starting a corporation. Milo did the same to his best friend, Ray Fontain, better known as “Solamen'', who he acquired “Taco Bomb” in Morningwood with. That was the beginning. Under the name “Frosty Investment Group”, this group of friends were hopeful to make a big name for themselves as a legal corporation in Los Santos. Combining their legal money, with Kassian as the warden, Milo and Ray as senior attorneys, and Levi as a command member in LSES, Frosty Investment Group started pooling even more funds together, before adding Xvin Jayroc, Kassian’s appointed Captain in DOC, who would prove to be a very valuable asset to their corporation. Xvin provided them with strong connections to the general public as a member of city council and a previous combo seller at the pier, as well as helped them create spreadsheets and formulas for combo selling out of their taco bomb.

After selling combos for a bit, Frosty Investment Group decided to liquidate the Taco Bomb, selling it for around $450,000 on May 29th, 2020, quite a bit of profit from the $150,000 it was bought for initially back in late January. By selling the taco bomb, Frosty Investment Group had reached their first million in the bank. (Yes this was a decent bit of money back then)

After reaching the $1,000,000 mark, Atomic acquired Sandy Shores gun store, quickly reselling to 12guage in order to develop good business relationships with their corporation, the biggest one in the city at the time.

Less than a week later, A final member was added later down the line, one Mikey Truth, another attorney at the Department of Justice. Mikey contributed a large initial investment of roughly $200,000, bringing him in as an associate to Frosty Investment Group.

From that point on, it was saving mode. Nick Kassian deposited the majority of his money into the corp, dropping in a nice $600,000 into the vault after a large paycheck and selling his house. The rest of the associates grinded long hours at their respective legal jobs to pump the vault up, as Milo had mentioned to them that they could potentially be getting a blockbuster deal of both a car dealership and a modshop in the future. Everything almost went according to plan.

Following the Premium Deluxe Motorsports auction, Atomic Co. purchased Atomic Autos in Jamestown from 12Gauge, setting off their career in the corporate world. While they didn’t acquire the modshop with the dealership, as they didn’t have the funds that 12gauge was looking for, they struck a deal to save up and purchase one further down the line from them. Unfortunately, 12guage had their assets seized and the modshop was put up for silent auction, which luckily, they acquired anyway later.

After acquiring Atomic Autos, they quickly rebranded from Frosty Investment Group to Atomic Co. LLC. Atomic Co. did good and honest business out of Atomic Autos since the beginning and plan on continuing into the far future. Their next business came at the silent government business auction, where Atomic Co. acquired Route 68 Mods. This solidified them as an official corporation, allowing them to have their foot in the auto industry, selling cars and now having a modshop to work hand in hand with their dealership. Not too much later, they acquired East Highway Aquatics from John Gambino, allowing them to venture into the boat and marine industry. The rest is history.

The Atomic Team

Atomic Co. today now stands strong at 4 associates, one director of finances, two managers, and 3 salespeople. The associates are comprised of Milo Frost, Ray Fontain, Steven Levi, and Xvin Jayroc. Unfortunately, the corporation parted ways with Mikey Truth due to some personal differences. Mikey Truth is now very successful with his wife Azalea, as they continue to work for the DOJ and own Mirror Park Autos and the Olympic Freeway Modshop. Nick Kassian sadly passed on following his departure from the Sheriff’s Department after a transfer from being the Warden of DOC. Milo has since retired from the DOJ, spending most of his time at a vacation home out of time, stopping by occasionally to check on his corporation. Ray Fontain has also departed from the DOJ, following the same path as Milo. Xvin Jayroc still works at the DOC, serving in high command as a director.

The rest of the team is made up of a director of finances, two managers, and multiple salespeople. Alexander Aspen was recently acquired as the treasurer and director of finances following his moving to Los Santos after completing his business degree at the University of Pennsylvania. The managers as of today are Cody Miller and Magnolia Bardot, who help manage the salespeople at Atomic and enjoy a manager's bonus for the cars that they sell. The rest of the sales team is made up of Zed, Chris, and Justin, who happily work and sell cars for Atomic to this day.
