Additions:
  • Added a new interior for DOJ. (Mister)
  • Added Armor Plates in Gun Stores. (Tom)
  • Added two Armor Plates (Locker Item Labeled) in the inventories of Police Group Lockers. (Tom)

Modifications:
  • Anti-AFK now requires you to solve a simple math question instead of pressing a button. (Tom)
  • Cocaine no longer gives armor, it now gives a 20% speed buff when sprinting for 2 minutes after usage. (Tom)
  • Weed no longer gives any buff. (Tom)
  • Alternative Characters no longer have the [NEW] tag if you have another character with the required amount of hours. (Tom)
  • Tier 3 boats now only have 100lbs of inventory available. (Felix)
  • Tug Boats only have an inventory of 400lbs now. (Felix)

Bug Fixes:
  • Fixed /pm revealing a person's name even though they are masked. (Tom)

We're introducing a new system on how armor will be given to players. Drugs no longer give any sort of armor to the player and there is no more "drug effect" (the visual effect).

Armor Plates are being added to gun stores, each armor plate is $750 and weights at 5lbs. For an Armor Plate to be used, you need to wear one of the vests.

You can see the drawable number under the navigation arrows when in clothing stores. (Edit: Males ID 132/135 which is drawable 152 in undershirt - John)

When you equip an armor vest and use an Armor Plate from your inventory, a 12 second timer will start which will keep you frozen until the end. After the timer is done, you will receive 25 armor* and the vest will receive the weight of the Armor Plate (once you take off the vest, from the normal 0.1lbs, if it has one armor plate in it, the clothing item will now weight 5.1lbs). You can only have TWO armor plates at the time in one vest, which makes the total of armor possible to have 50. In cases where the armor isn't exactly 25 or 50, for example, if your armor is 31, it will still count as having two plates in the vest, but you will be able to use a third plate as a "replacement" for the damaged plate, which will increase the armor back up.

Group Lockers for Police Department classified groups will automatically give you TWO armor plate items which will have the serial "LOCKER ITEM". They act the same as locker weapons, only on duty players will be able to use the item and they cannot be merged with non-locker item labeled Armor Plates.

Putting on an Armor Vest that has no Armor Plates in it doesn't take any time, but if you are trying to put an Armor Vest that has Armor Plates in it, a 25 second timer will begin, freezing you in place. Once the timer has ended, the vest will be placed and you will receive the armor that the vest carries.

The status of Armor Vests (amount of armor they carry) is saved and can be carried over, for example, you put two Armor Plates in a vest and take it off, then give it to another player, if that player uses the armor vest, they will receive the armor it has.


Cocaine now gives you a 15-20% sprint speed buff on usage that lasts 2 minutes and the cooldown for drug usage is 7 minutes from the moment you used a drug.

* - The amount of armor an Armor Vest can carry/give will never go above 50.

I do not know everything that goes in to making the changes you do or how hard it may be but thanks again
