I personally think that to keep the LSFMD busy and entertained that Random building fires around the city would keep the department busy and have assigned and professionaly trained firefighters

The thing is, fires work weird in GTA 5. Maybe we can find a workaround object or something.

Fingers crossed or make a command within the faction to activate them or somewhat along the lines of it just to keep us busy =)

This suggestion is another one which the administration team will need to talk about and decide on. It's a very complicated thing to work on. We (The development team) will await a response from the Administration team until we proceed any further with this suggestion.

I've actually seen fire objects that can be static. So, it's possible and something we can potentially explore. Now, obviously we need to come up with a solution of how the fires will be started. I don't think random fires just popping up all the time are going to be necessarily super fun. We have to come up with a fun gameplay aspect to it.

I had a look and couldn't find any static fire objects that could be loaded in. However, we could still do this clientside - I don't imagine it'll be as complicated as you might think.

Ideas for Thing that Start Fires:
    Vehicle Deaths
    Molotovs & Bombs
Random Business Fires & Key Location Fires
Job Failures, e.g. failure to cook drugs or something

I don't think random fires will degrade fun. Imagine heading into a clothing shop and seeing it engulfed in flames. You call the Fire Department, they rock up and extinguish it. They call a detective down to investigate whether it was just a 'random' fire or an arsonist.

    Semi-random fires are planned.
