Storage Units.

Example:
Corporation X buys a building which has multiple garage like storage units. They rent out these storage units at X price allowing for further RP to be initiated. People who only need storage needs can come and rent on and it adds a new source of income to corps.​

Sounds nice. But wouldnt this defeat purpose of houses? Houses are more or less used to stash items.
